Champignon mushrooms with parsley

champignon con prezzemolo

Ingredients needed:

champignon mushrooms

1 medium size onion

1 tbsp lemon

1 tbsp soy sauce

finely chopped parsley


Here’s how I prepare and cook the champignon mushrooms: quick, nutritious and delicious:

1. Wash the champignon mushroom. Slice them.

Here’s how I cook it:

Sauté the onion in about 2 tbsp. of olive oil. When golden brown add the sliced champignon mushrooms, add the finally chopped parsley, add lemon (or a tablespoon of white wine), sprinkle a bit of pepper and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Note: Instead of lemon, you can also add a tablespoon of white wine and add a little bit of pepper.

 So now you know how I let onion, parsley, champignon mushrooms, with lemon lemon, pepper and soy sauce dance with Havana rhythm 😉
