1. Control your emotions

2. Argue in good faith

3. Stay on topic

4. Timing is everything

5. Respectful and Diplomatic tone and words

6. Take time to listen

7. Be precise and concise

8. Don’t think on winning versus losing

9. Think before you react

10. Be understanding and be compassionate

Feel free to add any of your ways and share so people get more ideas on how to have a healthy disagreement, where and when a relationship and communication could be more constructive and effective for a much more harmonious and peaceful atmosphere.

Reflections during those times I was an “admin Edelweiss”  and had witnessed the virago of  “some particularly worse backstabber people”  striking on other people’s generosity, sensitivity & goodwill.

  1. Calmly go away and find an exit if the person on the other side starts defining you as a foe, when that person start to lecture you with his politics, doctrines and well crafted high words. In short, avoid any disccussion with theoretically, politically and idealistically filled brain with chauvinistic views against women.
